None of these hydrants are near the railway. There were 19 hydrants that had the \"CP\" prefix, 1 that had no ID at all (PHY068), and 2 that had CNV IDs that were changed to private ones (WHY-000669/792).December 2024 >> EST_FLOW is Estimated Fire Hydrant Flow.  Units are in GPM. The calculation used is X (L/s) * 15.850323 = Y (GPM).  Values are updated once a year based upon modelling values provided by Engineering.",
